Men’s Participation Fee: €1,475 (inc. VAT) (up to 14 players)

Men’s Charity Fee: €400

Total: €1,875 (inc. VAT)

Women’s Participation Fee: €– (up to 10 players)

Women’s Charity Fee: €100

Terms and Conditions

The Team Booking Form serves as a binding contract between For a Cause Events Ltd and the participating Company.

Cancellation of a participating team may be carried out in writing by not later than the 31st of May 2020, in order to allow time for the organisers to look for an alternative replacement.

Bookings that are cancelled after the 31st of May 2020 will be subject to a cancellation fee in the following way:

  • Up to 12 weeks prior to the tournament date (50% of the total participation fee).
  • Up to 8 weeks prior to the tournament date (75% of the total participation fee).
  • Up to 4 weeks prior to the tournament date (100% of the total participation fee).

Invoices will be issued to the participating company team within one week of the above form being submitted. Payment is to then be effected within two weeks from invoice issue date.

This electronic agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Malta.
